Applying Tesco Vouchers

Hi,
I'm trying to apply my Tesco Clubcard vouchers which expire in 2022.
However, every time I try I get the message 'oops something went wrong' or 'we cannot display your account'.
It says I have credit in my account but I can't see anywhere to see against what and when it ends.

Any help appreciated

thanks

Hi @Anonymous User

If you can't access your NOW My Account > My Membership section, then maybe try another internet browser, another internet device or if you have mobile internet data, try using the mobile data on your smartphone to access the My Membership section of your account.

Or alternatively jump over to NOW live chat for further help.

Hi @Anonymous User

This NOW help article linked below, says you have 36 months to use the credit on your NOW account.

Check your email address for the date, when you traded the Tescos Clubcard points converted to NOW credit.

The FAQ on the article mentions that you will be sent an email reminder before the credit is due to expire.

Thanks very much for your help.

I tried using Edge browser and it let me see my account.

Does NOW TV not work with Chrome?

I have no adblockers

Hi @Anonymous User

For some reason internet browsers in conjunction with the NOW website can be fussy, when either customers accessing their NOW account or NOW live chat service.

It's been like this for years (don't know the reason why NOW can't improve it, when customers use the internet browser of their preferred choice)

I tend to use MS Edge myself when on the NOW website, but if i come across any problems with MS Edge i use Fire Fox has my backup alternative browser.

Chrome browser does normally work when the NOW website is running smoothly.
