Apply a voucher button missing

I had a 3 month entertainment pass and before it finished I clicked cancel so it would not charge me again.

However I have bought a pass from a high street store and want to apply it as I only have 4 days left on the current one.

I have gone into my account and under the entertainment section the only option it gives me is a link to click on that says RESTART.

The link for APPLY A VOUCHER is not there to click on.

Can someone help please

Previously been advised "Apply" Voucher" button would appear, when there was under month left on current Pass.

It didn'tSmiley Mad

 

I was in that period, but only button was "Cancel", except "Apply" did show on Movies + Sport Passes- these I don't use.

 

If I'd let things run without involving Cust Service, assume my registered Card would have been charged £6.99.

Don't understand why a fix isn't being quickly applied; seems simples
