Am I paid or arnt I? Now TV customer service is very poor

I have been on hold in one form or another for about an hour.

My app says I am paid, the website says I am paid but I have received an email saying I am not. We had to change the card at the start of the month, it seems that now TV can't handle that.

Now the site won't let me change my card again and just says congratulations, welcome to now TV...

I phomes, half an hour later gave up, I have now been waiting for someone to help on live chat for the same amount of time.

All I want to do is pay! I'm giving up again in a minute and will likely cancel my subscription by the weekend.

As a last ditch attempt, has anyone got a direct line for someone that's actually able to help?

I finally managed to get though to the cancellation department yesterday and they sorted out the problem, it's a sad state of affairs that it took me phoning up to cancel to rectify such a minor problem.

 

To add insult to injury however I have been charged £15 for the phone call that I spent 30 minutes on hold...

Honestly some of the worst service I have ever had inflicted on me.
