Already cancelled !

I cancelled my pass at the weekend, i received the pass as part of my Sky TV package, but I have still received a message today to say a payment is due. Coincidentally I changed my bank account over the weekend and hence only found out money was coming out when I received a message to say a failed payment had occurred by Now TV and I should update my bank details. I only want to cancel the pass (for a second time) but can't yet as it asks for new bank details. Any assistance to cancel the package would be appreciated, thank you
