When I last went to cancel my now tv monthly sports subscription it gave me an offer of £16.99 a month for 3 months, which I accepted. I have already made the first of these payments but would like to cancel the other two (/ be refunded), or put them on hold until when there is actually any live sport available!
Can somebody please advise. We should not be forced to pay for something that is not delivering the service we signed up for.
