Accounts and billing

I have 3 green dots on my router, I have checked my account and billing and it says paid on the 12/09/2023, so my next bill is not due till the 12/10/2023, but everytime I go to connect to the internet via my phone or via my Amazon fire stick home page it states no connection, I didn’t make a payment on the 12/09/2023 as it already said paid, if this is the case and I have to pay my bill, then surely now tv can help me putting my internet back on till I get paid next and I pay double on the 12/10/2023 which I can do no problem as I need my WiFi to makes important phone calls, book appointments and stay in contact with my friends and family

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
