After cancelling my broadband with NowTV, my online account showed we had credit left in our account and it says that the credit was paid on 18th December but we have not received any such credit into any of our bank accounts. Can anyone help

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Just wondering do you have any active TV Memberships, where NOW have given you credit on your account to offset any future TV payments instead of refunding your card for the Broadband service.

 

To be honest i have only received Tesco vouchers credit and goodwill credit from NOW for non working TV vouchers etc and haven't had any experience or received credit or a refund on my card using their Broadband service.

 

Hopefully getting in touch with them directly will get the information / answer needed.
