I rang up the other day about being billed twice which they couldn’t see by told me to send proof on here to be able to claim my money back. Being so close to Christmas and having 2 boys, it’s really put our family in trouble, although it might not seem a lot to other it’s a lot to a single mum. I’m not happy in the slightest which is truly a shame as I always said how amazing now tv is.

Thanks for sending us these details, i will try get this sorted for you, looking into your account im struggling to find these charges for TV, can you confirm what it was you ordered if it was Broadband also?
