Hi, I've had my broadband with NOW for years, my payments come out every month, and I just wanted to log in and check it but according to my account, I don't have broadband, and no previous payments. My broadband is on and working as it always has done.. ? I only have one account. Very confused and a little concerned.. I've seen another post exactly like this but no replies - does anybody have any idea why this might be?

A strong possibility is that your broadband is on a different account from your streaming.
You best bet is to call the broadband number (I can’t give it to you, but others here seem to be able to hand it out like sweets without sanction, so search a few threads and you should find it) and discuss it with them.
