I've just created a new login for now TV and redeemed my entertainment pass code I won from a McDonald's but when I try to login it's saying that my account isn't recognised.
I also never received order confirmation to my email.
I tried using the code on a existing account but it's saying it's already in use so I know the account was set up but I can't login to it.
Can anyone advise please
