Smiley LOLcan’t log on to me account it logs in to a old account [email removed] email said update payment but when I log in it says email [email removed] it logs me to a old account sky email is were I have movie pass and entertainment pass when I use me sky email it logs me in gary998@hot mail .com that’s the wrong account need help

A bit of a long shot, but have you changed your password or updated your details on your Sky account recently ?

If so, the changes are now not linked to your nowtv account anymore, so for example if you have updated your Sky password the new password will not work on your nowtv account and you will need to sign into your nowtv account with your Sky email address or ID and your old password that you previously used last on nowtv.
