Hi. I have just noticed my bill is higher than usual. As well as the entertainment pass which is all I use, I have also had the sky pass and boost option added. I have changed my password and cancelled the pass. Is this enough to stop whoever is using my account? Am I able to claim money back for the 2 months I have been paying for these passes I didn’t want, or know I had? I’m not sure how to prove this wasn’t me who bought them, I live on my own so being able to stream on multiple screens is very little use to me. Any help would be appreciated 😊 thanks

Hi Emily
It may also be a good idea to set up a secret PIN (Personal Identification Number) on your Now TV account, that way no one can order anymore passes on your account.

Hi again Emily
I must admit, I had not realised Now TV had changed the way a user could access the PIN facility, they made it a tad more difficult to get to.
Anyway, here's the URL: https://account.nowtv.com/settings
Remember, you must set up a Payment PIN.
