Account finder doesn't find my old account and being charged

Heya, 

 

Getting charged on my card for £11.99 per month but checked all my accounts and none of them have a pass active.. please can someone help? Account finder doesnt work, the help chatbot doesnt work and theres no phone number....

Have you tried all your email addresses that are in your name ?

 

Also check all your playback devices, if there is any login in names on the NowTV App that you haven't tried.

 

If no luck, get in touch with NowTV live chat or drop them a message using the link page below (unfortunately there is no telephone number for TV pass customers or TV pass related accounts).

Thanks, Ive tried all of that and no luck.
