Per https://help.nowtv.com/article/change-or-update-personal-details I reached out to Live Chat to request an update to my personal details (name and title).
After providing a deed poll electronically, in keeping with UK government guidance, https://www.gov.uk/change-name-deed-poll, I was told that this was not, in fact, the correct document.
So, how do I actually update my account details? What imaginary document does NowTV require, other than the legally binding one the UK Government specifies?
