I asked to cancel my account when I last logged in months ago. I believe it was over a year ago but it wasn’t stopped and it was only today when I was looking at my online banking that I realised it hasn’t been done. I have just resubmitted my request but I’m annoyed I’ve been charged and haven’t used it in a year believe it to be cancelled
