Account cancellation

Dear Sirs,

I opened an account On the 6th Dec and cancelled within 2 hours without watching anything at all as I found that this service is not what I am looking for.

Can you please confirm that I will get a full refund as this is clearly within the 14 day cooling off period.

This is a customer forum, so posting your personal details is a breach of GDPR rules. Also requesting a refund on here won't get you very far. 

 

My suggestion is to send Now TV an email.

Thanks for your response however can you please confirm their email address
because I can’t find it anywhere?? Their chat system doesn’t work it just
takes you around and around in circles.
Also I have seem many posts in this forum regarding accounts issues and
even replies from NowTV staff?

Thanks very much, I didn’t see your picture in the first case as I was
checking in my email provider not in the forum.

I am now in contact with NowTV.
