Account being hacked

I have cancelled numerous passes as I now have virgin tv but you guys think it’s ok to keep signing me up every month when I cancel???? 

as soon as I cancel the pass you sign it back up again within a day and take full f Ing payment. 

I want all my money back NOWWWWWWWWW 

And I want the whole account deactivated.

This is a customer forum, so I can provide some links that should hopefully help out. 


Account finder, will locate any other accounts what have the same payment details


Incorrect charge, a possible way of getting a refund.


Fill this form out that you want to make a complaint re the passes etc.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Run, don’t walk, to My Account/Settings & PINs/ Payment PIN and set one.


Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
