Hi All.
I recently took my business to a new company as I was just out of contract. I am due a refund for unused weeks I had already paid. It should have been paid at the start of the month! I have now sent 5 emails trying to claim this money back but to no avail.
Is there anyway of getting this money refunded or any other way of contacting them?
Disgraceful service really, when they don't answer emails, dont supply their telephone number and their live chat is always off.
