May I ask why now tv feels the need to take payment 3 weeks early my payment day is 12th of every month and it was taken on the 20th and this months bill has already been paid. I’m a single mum and the money that was taken was for my son I always make sure I have money in my account on the 12th but you still managed to take it 3 weeks early
