A bir regret before it starts

Hiya everyone,

I applied for Now Broadband on July and booked an installation appointment for 8th of August. They have moved the installation date to 23rd of August without a notification and didn’t come for it. Then they moved it to 28th of August and didn’t come to install. They sent a message today and told that they will come on the 4th of September. 
I realized that the company is awful about the solutions and wanted to cancel the subscription before it starts. They let me to subscribe via their website but when I want to cancel it, they want me to give a call which is impossible because I’m out of the UK now. My wife and son is at home without internet.

What can I do now? Is there any way to cancel it online?
