7 day trial for cinema

I thought I would try a 7 day trial of the cinema pass however didn't like it due to picture quality and sound along with very few movies I want to actually watch so I cancelled the trial after a couple of days, yet after checking nowtv account It looks like I will be charged 11.99  for a cinema pass. I put in reasons why why I cancelled too stating no 1080p support for the fee is outrageous in 2019

I cancelled the 7 day trial thinking that would cancel future payments but it looks like it hasn't

@Anonymous User

You are dealing with Sky after all, they own Now TV and charge £5 for HD content on Sky TV packages. So I am not surprised in the slightest about a £3 charge for 1080p.

The cancellation process is a bit of a nightmare, takes several pages and "cancelling" buttons just to get it done.

Try filling this form out for a "refund"

Then pop onto Live chat, although don't hold much hope for a refund.
