So I've noticed I've been charged 3.99 for kids that after investigation found my 5 year old has ordered without my knowledge. Was ordered from a Roku. Is there any way to prevent this in future and is there a way to contact now TV about this as it seems you are always directed to the forum (as bad as TomTom support) thanks all.
You should set up a security pin on your account, that way passes can’t be purchased without a PIN number.
remember to cancel the pass purchased in error as it will automatically renew.
