I purchased a 5 month entertainment pass on 17 august which I applied to my account and was confirmed as a 5 month pass. Today I've had an email saying that the pass has been cancelled. 1 month isn't 5 months.

@Anonymous User That’s not spam nor phishing as I have numerous genuine emails from that address.
Looks like a mistake on the part of Now TV if your pass is still active.
Check sent to email address message matches email address on your account. Could be multiple accounts.

I went onto my account to check bills and payments and it shows payment due as 0.00 so I'm assuming it's just an error but I will keep an eye on my direct debits
