Hi,
I am a new customer. I havent yet got the broadband at my place. while I was making the order. I have been charged £6 (5+1) from two different cards (as first one seemed declined but later charged). Yesterday again I have notice they charged another £5. I am really confused what's going on. I need a solution ASAP.
