3 months free not honoured

I decided to cancel my entertainment pass as i couldnt afford it last month. I then received a email to state i can get 3 months for the price of 1.  I accepted this and the 1st payment came out on 3rd april and when i now check my account the payment is due to come out again on 3rd may please can some1 from now tv help as the live chat is not working. Thank you

Hi 

I have the same problem, tried all the numbers today for Now TV but will only talk to broadband customers. Not sure how to get this resolved either. Always found them hard to get hold of.

@Anonymous User this is a community page used by other customers. Now TV staff do occasionally pop by but no one who can access accounts or authorise refunds.

 

You should email 

 

customerservices 'at' nowtv.com (we can't put email addresses here so obviously replace 'at' and the spaces with '@').
