3 months after cancelling service, I've just been charged !

Having moved out of my apartment and into care, I was surprised to find that I have been charged a monthly fee, 3 months after the service was cancelled. ( Broadband & telephone )



Did you have a Broadband subscription with a minimum term, and this is an early termination fee?

Bit mean if so, but best to ring Now Broadband and find out where this charge has come from and what it is for.

Try 0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462 or 0330 332 3050, and maybe 0800 759 1213 to talk to them 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
