3 months ENTERTAINMENT pass

This might be a daft question but be gentle with a newbie please. We have bought a Youview box, set it up and signed up for a free entertainment pass. This appears on my account but I can't find any of the channels on my list of available channels or see the package as an add on. I bet I'm looking in entirely the wrong place or haven't read the small print and maybe I have to wait 24 hours. Or do I need to call them up?

Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately only the movie pass can be watched on YouView boxes , not entertainment, kids or sports.

Have a look at the following list of supported devices as you might find you already have something that you can watch entertainment on. All the other devices except YouView will work with an entertainment pass. If not, a NOW TV box/stick is probably your cheapest option.

Thanks for this. Had I known this I might have bought a different set top box. I'm disappointed and can only hope that this changes. Is there any way to access the Sky Entertainment package on a Youview box do you know?

@Anonymous User At the moment no you can't watch entertainment at all on the YouView box I'm afraid.

 

I believe it's going to change in 2019 for BT customers but not clear yet if this will be for other users as well, some info here

With any device, weither it is a NOW TV BOX or STICK, or even YouView, one that you have set the device up, it should be there right away, to my the best of my knowledge, if you do not have any luck, then call the support team they should be able to assist you!
