3 month pass = won't let me buy

I just bought a stick and created an account.

 

I'm now trying to buy a 3 month pass but it's not working, it just goes to the page with the stick order on it.

 

Can you only buy when you create an account?

Have you a link for the page you are trying to buy the pass from? Maybe someone could check out the link for you to see if it's working for them.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. If it's the 3 months for the price of 1 offer on the NOW TV website then unfortunately that's for brand new customers signing up via that offer page, it's not available to existing customers with an account. Keep an eye out as some offers do appear for existing customers, and you'll get occasional email offers as well. In the meantime you might want to pick up a 3 month ents gift card for £15 from NOW TV or a range of retailers.
