Within the past month I have recieved two emails offering me 3 Months of Entertainment for £7.99. The email T&Cs state that I have within 30 days of receiving the email to activate the voucher. Upon trying to do so the "apply voucher" page refuses to recognise the voucher code given in the email, despite the email autofilling the information for me. Looking on the help pages I can't find any way of rectifying the problem, and the chat link won't open for me to speak with anyone about what's happening.
Can anyone help with what's going on? There's a few shows I want to watch and out of principle I won't be watching them without the discounted pass.
