3 month cinema pass problem

I won a 3 month cinema pass in a McDonalds promotion so I created an account to use it. My credit card has been charged £9.99 but I cancelled the pass to avoid this. Furthermore, my I account is showing that I have made no payments. I'm not happy and intend to take it up with the credit card provider.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. If you can't see any payment info on your My Account > My Payments page

then usually that means the payment has come from a different account, but if you know that's not the case try popping onto live chat, explaining what's happened and see if they can sort it out for you. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.
