I would like to cancel my 3 Month for £7.99 offer before December 30th and I’m getting emails to update my card details. Do I have to enter another card in order to cancel my account? Because I’d simply like to cancel my account without the fear of having another £7.99 taken out of my account.
I’m only cancelling because I have barely used NowTV.
When you go to My Account > Personal Details on here are your bank card and billing details up to date ?
If not and you don't want to continue with the nowtv service and there is no cancel button next to any active nowtv passes under My Account > Passes & Vouchers (but it does show the 3 months for £7.99 under My Account > Bills & Payments).
Then i would suggest contacting live chat or alternatively drop them a message on this link below.
