Hi All,
I purchased a Sky Sports Day Pass yesterday for no charge but Now TV debited 10p from my bank account. I have read through similar posts and the 10p charge was refunded immediately, but I have not been refunded.
Does anyone know what email address should be contacted to raise this issue and request my refund?

@Anonymous User It can take up to 3 days for your bank to cancel the 10p. By the way, it wasn’t taken, just reserved in order to check the validity of your bank account/credit card. Also banks don’t process payments/refunds on Sundays, although payments will show as pending.

Can anyone help or guide me ive been charged 2 lots of £11.99 on the sky cinema passes how can i get that refunded as been over charged
