0345 numbers

Just got my first phone bill. I have anytime free for 12 months. I rang an 0345 number on the 17th April, which on the bill, said it was free and I wasn't charged.  I rang the same number 4 days later and was charged £4.80 for it!! On the anytime package, are some 0345 free and others not?

That sounds rather odd! 

If I were you I’d call the broadband team to see what they can do.

@Fletch Bear in mind there is a one hour limit after which a call becomes chargeable.

Oh yeah good point. Completely forgot about the 1 hour limit!
