Hi,

Does anyone know why I have been charged for calling Vodaphone on 0333 304 0191 when I have an Anytime calls package? I'm fairly sure it's not a premium rate number.

I am assuming the call lasted under one hour or you would be charged.

Perhaps get in touch with the NOW Broadband & Calls Team to find out why you was charged calling this number on the Anytime Calls package.
