Device limit reached

Hi there, have NowTV on iPad, iPhone, and Chromcast only but each time I try to watch on my iPad a message pops up saying I've reached maximum device usage. NowTV works fine on phone and Chromecast, so don't understand why not on iPad. The only thing I've had to do is reset iPad to factory settings and reinstalled NowTV app on same iPad. Any help on what to do next would be greatly appreciated, Alan.

Welcome to the forum.

 

Its possible the reset of your iPad has caused it to be seen as a different device. If you have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and hopefully they will allow your iPad to be added onto your device list again.To get there go to the following help page

and click the green Contact Us button near the bottom left of it (not the How to Contact Us link right at the bottom as that takes you somewhere else) then choose the Start Live Chat option on the following page.
