Can't use iOS - saying too many devices

I have 4 registered devices and have not added any for weeks but all of a sudden my iPhone won't play now TV because I have reached maximum devices? Help please?

 @Anonymous User then try uninstalling the app and installing again.

click the link and scroll to the bottom of the page and then click the blue contact us button and then click live chat and a member of the team should help you.

@Anonymous User You can only have 4 devices max and watch on 2 at the same time.

You can delete a device on your account page and add a new one (but you can only add one a month)

Thanks, yes I have 4 devices and have not added any. yet I am suddenly getting this message when I try and use my phone (one of my registered devices)

I have tried uninstalling the app and that didn't work and when I tried to do a live chat it kept telling me the connection was lost.  I am getting very frustrated at the fact that I am paying for something I can't access. Please help!

@Anonymous User There is an issue with live chat at the minute:

You can leave an email, they respond quite quickly (within a few hours to within a day)

Go back to the live chat page and click email.
