box not working

now tv stuck on home page , have rest box, etc, changed batteries but nothing, 2 days now, ready to cancel

@Anonymous User I am puzzled as to how a reset leaves it on the home page still. What exact method did you use?

Is this your Youview Box that is stuck on the NOW TV homepage ?

 

What batteries have you changed and where ?
