I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles with NOW TV.
The YVM105 error is usually associated with your Internet connection. So we can make sure, could you please try to watch another movie on NOW TV and see if you receive the same error. If you do please try one of the other players on your Youview box to see if they are functioning correctly.

As previously stated, this issue is usually in relation to connection issues. Please make sure that the NOW TV on demand player is up to date on your Youview box and then take a look at the official Youview support page for ways to resolve this connection issue.

As Aaron-S advises this is usually an issue with your connection
can you advise on the following
Do you use HH3 or your own router
Are you using the suppliers powerline adapters or hardwired to router?
What are you speeds use the BT Speedtest and post back
Have you tried resetting your router and youview box
Does BT Vision play ok or does this have problems
What about other on-demand content via the youview box
Do you get the YMV105 error when accessing on-demand menu, on-demand apps or while playing a video?
Post back as much info as possible to help us diagnose
