Able to log in on my PC but not in YouView.

Having just paid for a month pass, we are able to log in on our PC but not in YouView. The log in credentials are correct and we have reset our password 2 or 3 times.

Can you tell me what is the exact error you receive? Does it include any error codes?

Hi

The message simply reads "Oops! Your sign in details are incorrect. Please try again."

This message on my appears on TV - I can log in on my PC and mobile without any problem.
