Now TV box incredibly slow

I am using my NOW TV box with Virgin Media Broadband that with a speed test is functioning at about 30mbps - but despite my internet being fine (no probs streaming Netflix or anything else) when trying to watch NOW TV, I am constantly getting the little white buffering circle, grainy pictures and error messages. Help!

Doesn't seem to have made any difference sadly - I am assuming it is beacause the NOW TV box cannot pick up on my 5Ghz connection, only the 2.4Ghz?

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

It should be able to connect to the 5Ghz network too - is it the black box or the white one?

 

You can try changing the wireless channel on the router, if you're unsure how to do this there will be a guide on Virgin's website.
