Just some positive feedback for Aditya, who kindly reset my devices after a recent Windows 10 Update meant that NOWtv no longer recognised my computer as a device!
I'm sure this has inadvertantly happened to others. Just ask nicely. 🙂

If you are getting the message that you have reached your devices limit, then your best option is to jump over to live chat on the link page below and ask them nicely if they can reset or free up a device slot against your username account.

Yes, that's exactly what I did. I was unable to delete a slot for another week so just went to live chat and explained my problem.
