I'm a new subscriber and having connection issues. I have installed the latest versions of Firefox, Silverlight, refrehed,restarted and all of the suggested steps yet the connection problem persists. I'm running Windows Vista. Please help.

I am having exactly the same problem. Up to date Firefox and Silverlight, Vista SP2, secondary moniter, same error message at the same point.  So it's a bit disappointing that this thread has been abandoned and there is no solution.

 

I don't think it's the ISP because it worked fine before I had to revert to my old laptop (for which I have to use a moniter as its own does not work.)

If your using Vista that is the problem as we no longer support this operating system.

 

Have a look at our supported devices page and you will see the min requirements.
