I have tried watching a movie on your Free Trial and it doesn't work. The video starts loading and then an error message comes up regarding license. I have uninstalled and re-installed silverlight. I have emptied my browser history. And still nothing? I am using Firefox with windows 10
You really should not be advertising a service that you are unable to deliver. Never had issues with Amazon....

Welcome to the forum.
You'd be better off downloading the dedicated NOW TV app for the Windows App Store and using that as it bypasses the need to mess around with browsers and plugins.
