It’s off to Shanghai this weekend for the Chinese Grand Prix and, after last time out in Bahrain, it’s got a lot to live up to. Throughout the entire field, on-track battles were closely fought and inches from calamity. And like the entire pitwall, you’ll be holding your breath even more when the fight is between teammates. Here’s your deck of Teammate Top Trumps for the 2014 season so far.

Mercedes Top Trumps

It’s looking like the only thing that can stop a Mercedes taking the championship is… another Mercedes.

Force India Top Trumps

Surprising to see Force India this high up the standings, but that Mercedes engine works wonders.

McLaren Top Trumps

After a double podium (eventually) in Melbourne, McLaren’s pace has dropped off. Can they regroup and catch up?

Red Bull Top Trumps

Better than expected for Red Bull after a dismal winter of testing. But will the FIA and new regulations prove an ongoing issue?

Ferrari Top Trumps

A lacklustre start to the season for the team with arguably the most formidable pairing. Development must be underway prontissimo.

Williams Top Trumps

Some bad luck has plagued the plucky team so far. There’s plenty more pace in that Williams yet.

Toro Rosso Top Trumps

Pace has been gradually dropping off for Toro Rosso. They’ll need to up the ante if they want to creep up the standings.
Lotus Top Trumps

A dismal season so far for race winners, Lotus. Race completions are something to be excited about.

Sauber Top Trumps.png

Usually able to snatch a point or two, Sauber are yet to make an impression on 2014. Should be competing with the rest of the midfield.

Marussia Top Trumps

Unreliability at the front of the grid is just what Marussia needed. Will they be able to grab their first point this year?

Caterham Top Trumps

The battle for 10th in the constructors’ championship continues. Just behind Marussia at present, but one mad race could change it all.

So there you have it – more intra-team battles than you can shake a stick at. To keep up with all the action, tune into the Chinese Grand Prix, live on NOW TV from 7am on Sunday.
