There was an error starting the video stream

Hi, I am on a Windows 7 machine and keep getting the error "There was an error starting the video stream. For more info, please go to nowtv.com/help". The "help" area does not specifically speak to this issue so that actually does not help.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear that your getting an error message.

Can you just confirm what browser your using ?

Also who is your Internet provider ? If you can also confirm that you are within the UK and not using any VPN's to alter your location.

I'm getting the same error on my Mac through Safari on OSX El Capitan

And are you in the UK?

I turned off the VPN and that fixed it - thanks!
