Won't log in

My now tv box won't allow me to log in, it's logged out on both of my boxes and it just keeps saying username/password incorrect. I've reset my password and reset the box and it's it's still not working. Any help please?

lots of people are now getting this issue now as neither of my now TV boxes are recognising my valid account details and other people are reporting it too

 

now TV you have some technical issues to sort out here

We believe this might be something to do with how you are connected to the Internet.

 

Can you confirm -

 

- You're physically inside the UK and not using some kind of VPN 

- If you can log in on any other devices at all

- You're not using a secure of open network

- You've tried to login again once resetting your router

- You've tried to reset the password online

it turns out that issue is resolved by doing a factory restore of the now tv box and when signing into my account on initial setup that i need to tick the completely untitled and totally annoymous box on the top right hand of the signin screen to save both my user id and password.

I would never have guessed this from the lack of instruction on screen but someone at Now TV told me about it when i emailed them about this issue.

I bet a lot of people have had this issue

ive same probs with now tv box ive turned my router on and off and its working see if helps
