Playstation app

I try to install now tv app on PlayStation but it doesn't download. I had the app on ps3 before and it has suddenly disappeared? Why is this?

Thanks for posting.

 

When you try to download the app on the PS4 what actually happens? - it might be worth resetting your router. 

 

Have you made any changes that might show you as not being in the UK or make your location indeterminable?
