A couple of things to try
- make sure you have the current version of Silverlight installed
- try in another browser
If that doesn't fix it, can you provide us with the following info:
- device and operating system (ie: Laptop/Windows 7, or iPhone/iOS)
- browser (ie: Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- the movie you are trying to play
You can cancel your Sky Movies pass by signing in and going to the 'My Account' section of the NOW TV website.
Click on Manage My Payments and uncheck the Auto renewal box. This will change your account to Pay & Play which means you will only be charged if you actually buy a Pay & Play movie.
