I keep getting the followitg message everytime i try and watch something. I have signed up for the free trial:

Hi sas,

 

Thanks for your post and I am sorry you have had an issue while trying to enjoy the movies we have on offer here at NOW TV.

 

Have you been able to use another device to view us and did you have the same issue?

 

Have you cleared the cache in the internet browser you have been using, or used another browser and did you have the same problem then?

 

Have you downloaded and installed Silverlight on your device? This is the software you need to view our movies.
