Your device limit has been reached. Manage your devices at nowtv.com/account/devices

This message is preventing me viewing movies on the same PC I have been using to watch NowTV since I subscribed some months ago. What is causing this?

This only appears to be happening for live streamed films rather than the normal streaming - this part appears to be working fine...

Hi Bernard56,

Thanks for your post.

We appreciate you taking some time out to contact NOW TV.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Sports Pass.

A couple of things to try

- Make sure you have the current version of Silverlight installed

- Try in another browser

- Delete and re install the NOW TV app if you are watching on the Xbox, Ipad, Iphone or Android.

If that doesn't fix it, can you provide us with the following info:

- Device and operating system (ie: Laptop/Windows 7, or iPhone/iOS)

- Browser (ie: Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)

- The movie you are trying to play

Regards

Igor

Hi Bernard56,

Thanks for your reply. Just a quick couple of questions to help diagnose the issue:

Is it still only Live TV, or is it both that and the on demand movies that brings up the message for you?

Which devices are shown on your Manage Devices page?

Regards,

Jason
